wow! what an episode and the previews for next week! rory most definately is going to be stubborn and it appears that she may be a little mean to her mom... poor luke caught in the middle of it all. larelai is so hurt by her family, i feel so sorry for her, all she wants is the best for rory and rory won't except help or realize her mistakes...at least not yet.

Just finished watching. LOVED it. ;D No ILY's or Luke giving her the ring, but it was pretty darn cute just the same. Loved the way Luke just said Yes!! It sounded like "are you kidding of course I want to". And the kiss in the gazebo - wonderful. Actually the moment just before the kiss was great, how Luke started to rap his arm around Lorelai while still drinking. Like : "come here you...". Lauren Graham was smashing yet again. Babette was hilarous. I might be the only one, but I also feel a bit sorry for Rory. I mean, she's had here entire world turned up side down. Imagine having had just one dream for as long as you can remember, working really hard for it and then being told you're not good at it. No wonder, she's confused and can't see why on earth she should stay on at Yale. Once she thinks about it, she'll come around. Oh, almost forgot. The kids-talk was sweeeeet. AND, yes,. Hottie-Scottie looked great (except the "hair".) Haven't seen the promo for next week yet, but I hope it'll be available online soon. Let 6.02 come - I'm ready!! <g>

Well, yes. And thank god. I would have gone crazy otherwise. It's not on tv though (s6 won't be until 2006 or later), but I have a friend overseas who taped it and made sure I was also able to see. I've been reading different comments on the premiere and many are about the lack of passion, hugs, kisses between L&L. I watched it again and disagree. Of course, I would have been happy with it, but I think everything was fine. It was a surprise proposal, a surprise yes and the two of them had no idea what to do next. And when they did kiss in the gazebo it sure made up for them not kissing in the diner. Now... if I could only watch without thinking about the contract-negotiations it would be even better. Must be hard for Amy S-P to write when she has no clue if the show's coming back next season and/or if Scott is staying. How on earth can she plan what's gonna happen during this season? Maybe this will bring up a quicker agreement. Hope so....
